SAFETY / LEGAL

At BPI, safety is our main priority, especially on the range.  We reserve the right to request anyone not behaving responsibly and safely, or behaving in a hostile or threatening manner, to leave the range or classroom to ensure the safety of every student. Every student is required to sign a waiver of liability before each class. 

 

You must be at least 21 years old to shoot on the range or be accompanied by an adult.

 

NO FIREARMS OR LIVE AMMO ARE PERMITTED IN ANY CLASSROOM UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED BY BPI. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEARCH ALL BAGS.

Prohibited Persons: Under Federal law, BPI may not train any individual(s) who:

• Are convicted felons who have not been annulled or pardoned.

• Are under indictment in any court for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

• Are fugitives from justice.

• Use or are addicted to any unlawful controlled substances.

• Have been adjudicated as a mental defective or have been committed to any mental institution.

• Are illegal aliens.

• Have been discharged from the military under dishonorable conditions.

• Have renounced their United States citizenship.

• Are under a court order restraining them from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of the intimate partner.

• Have been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

• Are under the influence of any substances that may hinder or impede their actions in handling a firearm safely.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

If BPI needs to cancel a class/training we will refund you 100% unless we agree with you to reschedule.

​

• If you cancel 11 or more days before the class/training date, you will receive a 100% refund.

• If you cancel 10-6 days before the class/training date, you will receive a 75% refund.

• If you cancel 7-3 days before the class/training date, you will receive a 50% refund.

• If you cancel less than 3 days before the class/training date, you will receive no refund.

MERCH REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

​

All merch sales are considered final unless BPI agrees an item is defective.

 

Exchanges can be made on merchandise of equal or lesser value. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in unused, new condition in the original packaging containing the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning/exchanging items, which are nonrefundable. If you request an exchange, you will be charged the cost of return shipping.
